I offer Counselling for OCD , Anxiety and Phobias. I am Qualified and Insured.
Each counselling session lasts 1 hour. A minimum of 6 – 12 sessions is recommended to support meaningful progress, with a typical maximum of 18–20 sessions per therapeutic period.
Counselling sessions can take place, In person , Online or over the phone.

At the core of my counselling is a person-focused approach, where your needs, pace, and lived experience guide the work we do together. I use a combination of proven techniques and therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, alongside my own integrative modality developed through experience and research.
So, this means our sessions can blend traditional and modern methods while remaining deeply rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration.
