I offer Counselling for OCD , Anxiety and Phobias. I am Qualified and Insured.

Each counselling session lasts 1 hour. A minimum of 6 – 12 sessions is recommended to support meaningful progress,

There is a typical maximum of 18–20 sessions per therapeutic period.

Counselling sessions can take place, In person , Online or over the phone.

I use a combination of proven techniques and therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, alongside my own integrative modality developed through experience and research.
